The Integrated Systems Group Business Unit of Leidos has a career opening for a Security Team Lead at Aberdeen, MD.
Job Summary:
The job of the Security Team Lead is to perform oversight of the personnel, information, and physical and security awareness. Work as a team player, exhibit flexibility, set priorities, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Provide expert knowledge in clearance processing, COMSEC program, visit certifications, document control, and physical security, including alarm response for controlled areas, IAW, the NISPOM, ICD's, and other applicable government security directives associated with both collateral and SCI security programs.
-Make decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions with the ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience and 7 years of relevant work history in industrial, personnel and physical security is required.
-Completion of DSS Academy FSO Course or equivalent training required.
-Must have a Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Industry certifications.
