Summary
The Manager of Security is responsible for coordinating the delivery of Under Armour security services and projects. This role will develop, track and maintain awareness of the regional security projects.
Responsibilities may include, but are not be limited to, the following:
Ensure completion of assigned security projects in an organized and efficient manner on time and within budget.
Partner with facilities and event teams on construction projects and event planning.
Coordinate the delivery of security services through Under Armour security teammates and contracted service providers.
Develop, review and recommend security Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Create and implement preventative security programs.
Collaborate with the security team in development and review of security awareness training and education programs throughout Under Armour.
Create, communicate and enforce compliance to all physical security controls.
Partner with other security teammates to support crisis situations and planning.
Maintain and track all security incidents; implement a metrics-based approach to security management.
Actively manage the assignment and monitoring of access to facilities.
Develop and maintain patrol schedule for all corporate properties to identify suspicious activity.
Perform system security tests and evaluations on specified systems on a quarterly basis.
Oversee the Under Armour visitor control program, including badges and teammate or visitor escorts when required.
Actively mitigate worksite employee relations risks.
Assist in the conduct of physical security site surveys.
Support investigation efforts on all criminal acts.
Prepare accurate and timely formal written reports, when required.
Develop and maintain good working relationships throughout the business.
Qualifications
An excellent understanding of worldwide security issues and how security issues around the world may impact business.
Track record of partnering with various organizations within a global environment to achieve specific goals and objectives.
Strong communication skills to include: oral, written, listening, precision questioning, and translation of non-verbals. Demonstrated customer service mentality.
Ability to manage confidential information in a highly professional and discreet manner.
Willingness to work outside of normal duty hours, in support of security operations, when needed.
Education & Experience
4-5 years of experience in a combination of security management, law enforcement, or military
Experience in the planning, development and implementation of security programs.
