Description:
The Global Services Group has openings for security support personnel. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and collaboration skills to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment with contractor, subcontractor, and government entities.
Provide onsite and remote support to database users across multiple agencies in the IC, including granting access and troubleshooting problems
Conduct software testing to anticipate problems
Provide onsite and remote support to users of security portals
Conduct database queries and interpret results
Provide high level customer service in all interactions
Provide executive secretariat support
Aid in the development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2-15 years of experience in a customer-service oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with government, officials and senior leadership
