Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services is currently seeking a Security Manager located in Aurora , Colorado for the Buildings, Logistics, Engineering and Services Support (BLESS) pursuit.The Security Manager leads a team that is responsible for security oversight of all employees on the program at multiple CONUS and OCONUS sites.
This position requires travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites to ensure the requirements of the contract are being met.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
·Responsible for overall program security requirements, administration and management to the Prime Contractor, sub-contractors and vendor activities
·Process clearance and site badge requests, certifying clearance and coordinating actions with the Customer Personnel Security Division
·Ensures contractor’s personnel security program is in accordance with Customer Personnel Security instruction and coordinates security matters the USG Personnel Security Officer
·Conduct Enter-On-Duty and security awareness briefings on an as needed basis
·Recording and reporting of personal foreign travel (unofficial or business related) foreign contacts, security incidents, inadvertent disclosures etc.
·Briefing, transferring clearances, debriefing US employees
·Tracking, scheduling, and supporting background investigations and polygraphs for US employees
·Provide security education/awareness training to employees on contract
·Support any other security issue that may arise by being responsive to the needs of the program in a dynamic environment
Required Skills:
·US Citizen with current/existing TS/SCI security clearance and CI polygraph
·6 years’ experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity
·Experience supervising a security staff operation on a 24 x 7 basis
·Demonstrated experience in USG Sponsor and IC policies in regards to Physical, Personnel, and Information Security
·Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of site personnel, including engineering, operations staff, site leadership team, Government customers and external contractors
·Must have good computer skills and be proficient with MS Office tool suite
·Demonstrated capability to exercise good judgement
·Due to the position being located at the Customer’s site, professional attitude and decorum are required at all times
