Responsibilities:


US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.



Provides technical subject matter expertise for the Army Insider Threat Program by planning, developing, and integrating the Army Insider Threat Hub’s Operational and Systems Architecture. Must provide scientific, technical, professional, and engineering expertise and be proficient in designing and implementing a HUB architecture that integrates existing and/or emerging government and/or commercial systems capabilities and tools sets. The HUB must seamlessly receive/access and integrate pertinent existing information - such as from human resources (HR), personnel security (PERSEC), cybersecurity, law enforcement (LE), counterintelligence (CI), and medical records - with new data streams, such as information derived from user activity monitoring, continuous evaluation (CE), and installation access, as well as other applicable DOD information systems. The HUB’s operational workflows must integrate other Army supporting elements dealing with insider threats and work with existing Army response elements to investigate possible threats and take any necessary action.

Qualifications:

Active US Top Secret/SCI security clearance.


Thorough knowledge of Army and DoD organizational structure, systems, and all pertinent policies to include specific Insider Threat Program policies that govern compliance requirements; technical expertise and skills in working operational and systems design.
5 years military and 3 years of HQDA (Headquarters, Department of the Army) experience required.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
