Corporate Security Services Coordinator

Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Security Services Coordinator within our Corporate Security group based in Houston. Essential Job Duties:
Direct report to the Regional Security Advisor – Corporate Security
Plan, organize and coordinate security programs at domestic locations.
Oversight and management of contract security services

Implement security policies/procedures and security awareness for employees.
Identify security threats and respond appropriately to mitigate the threat.
Work in partnership with Corporate Security team on physical security programs

Coordinate security efforts with internal and external clients.

Conduct appropriate review of quarterly performance evaluations of contract Security Officers.

Comply with company and departmental procedures, memos, directives and requirements.

Support Executive Protection program, liaison with outside agencies and support security planning for Board of Directors’ quarterly and annual shareholders events.
Assisting the Corporate Security team with investigations and site assessments.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
College degree Preferred, Minimum High School Diploma.
Strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency and understanding of physical security principles, practices and operations.
Ability to integrate seamlessly into the security structure of a major corporation.
Ability to react effectively with sound judgment in dynamic situations.
Valid driver’s license.
Three years security experience preferred.
Law enforcement and/or corporate security experience preferred.
