Description: The Senior HUMINT Collection Specialist supports the operational management of HUMINT Collection Teams / HUMINT Exploitation Teams / Field HUMINT Teams, provides collection focus consistent with HUMINT and supported command guidance, and supports the management of military source operations.•Excellent starting salary and compensation package – DOE/DOQ.

Duties: •Performs all the duties of the HUMINT Collection Specialist as necessary and facilitates the scheduling and assignment of HUMINT collection support tasks, as appropriate coordinating with the Regional Command CJ2X, Battlespace owner S2X or the Military Intelligence (MI) commander and supported command.
•The Senior HUMINT Collection Specialist maintains operational communications, provides HUMINT guidance and supports the tasking of the HUMINT Operations Cell (HOC). The Senior HUMINT Collection Specialist ensures the smooth flow of information, between Brigade and higher echelons, as required.
•This position also supports the production of reports and conducts Quality Control (QC) of completed reports/products and PCASS examinations. The Senior HUMINT Collection Specialist develops recording mechanisms for Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and lessons learned in the conduct of operations.
•The Senior HUMINT Collection Support Specialist will coordinate with the senior intelligence official on station to ensure that all HUMINT activities are supportive of the Regional Command CJ2X, Battlespace owner S2X or the Military Intelligence (MI) commander and supported command.
•Senior HUMINT Collection Specialists will review summaries on the daily Intelligence products for situational awareness; conduct research on all areas of operation and possess a solid awareness level of an operational area prior to mission execution. Contractors filling this position shall be considered key personnel.
Qualifications: •10 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with 6 years HUMINT or CI operational or operational support experience.
•Bachelor's Degree, a Master's Degree preferred.
•Shall have a strong background in the following analytical areas: South West Asia regional analysis, political analysis, Intelligence Collection, and HUMINT or CI analysis.
•Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
•This position requires former MOS 35L, 97G or equivalent.
•This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
