Job Description:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a unit security manager.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with higher headquarters level staffs.
- Final Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Light fixed-wing ISR, RPA, DGS or U-2 experience desired.
- Experience in knowledge of security programs as it pertains to information, industrial, physical and personnel security training syllabi and directives at a minimum.
- Familiar with Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, ICS 705-2, IC Tech Specs v1.2 for ICS/ICD 705, and DoD 5105.21-M-1 v2 “SCI Administrative Security Manual: Administration of Physical Security, Visitor Control, and Technical Security”. Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, ICS 705-2, IC Tech Specs v1.2 for ICS/ICD 705, and DoD 5105.21-M-1 v2 “SCI Administrative Security Manual: Administration of Physical Security, Visitor Control, and Technical Security.”
Duties:
- Provide required training concepts, programs, procedures and practices to assist mangers in establishing operational internal security programs.
- Provide analytical, advisory, management, technical and functional support required for the operational execution of and squadron collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), security programs.
-Provide direct assistance in the form of technical and functional support to establish and carry out security training activities and functions, including but not limited to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction and accreditation, program management, scheduling training events, implementation of HHQ, Defense Security Service (DSS), Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID), Office Personnel Management (OPM) and wing security policies and edicts.
- Provide technical and functional support needed for management of the information, industrial, physical and personnel security programs, activities and functions.
- Provide security programs as it pertains to information, industrial, physical, and personnel security training syllabi and directives.
- Indoctrination and debrief process for SCI cleared personnel to include screening interviews and compelling need requests for security access. Security programs as it pertains to information, industrial, physical, and personnel security training syllabi and directives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.
