TASC is seeking an experienced professional to join the Intelligence Solutions and Analytics (ISA)
Sector. ISA provides specialized systems engineering, acquisition, and intelligence support to multiple Intelligence Community customers. The Techint Fusion Analyst will provide onsite WMD/Counterpro]iferation analytical support to the Intelligence Support Cell. This position will be located in Reston, VA and all candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance.
Job responsibilities include:
Research, develop, and test analytic methods and tools to improve CWMD situational awareness, enhance established foundational CWMD intelligence in support of CWMD SA characterize steady-state WMD threats, and detect anomalies within the steady-state environment
Develop analytic methods and processes to characterize established foundational CWMD intelligence assessments in formats compatible with Object Based Production (OBP) and Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) initiatives
Test and validate OBP/ABJ-based tools for CWMD SA and steady-state threat characterization with content derived from established foundational CWMD intelligence assessments, steady state characterizations, and detected anomalies
Provide intelligence and WMD subject matter expertise to the development of visualization tools for foundational CWMD assessments; research and develop technical/procedural means to update periodic assessments with near-real-time data
Develop and test methods to associate the direct, indirect, or indeterminate impacts of ongoing intelligence reporting to standing intelligence assessments
Develop and test methods to characterize anomalies detected in the ongoing WMD environment and how to associate those changes to standing inte1ligence assessments
Provide WMD and intelligence analysis subject matter expertise to support technical tool development, design, experimentation, and validation
Research and develop innovative intelligence analysis approaches and production processes to provide CWMD SA support to CCMD Joint Intelligence Planning for the Operational Environment (JIPOE)
Research and develop analytic methods and tools for WMD-related anomaly detection in steady-state environments through the research, development, and testing of divergences from baseline WMD threat environments
Research and develop analyst-initiative alerting mechanisms and standard methods for dissemination, in collaboration with CIIC analysts and Constellation developers; test and execute automated and semi-automated alerting systems
Develop mechanisms and support tool development in order to provide situational awareness of U.S. IC and inter-agency CWMD activities. ISC analysts will be the primary conduits to the CIIC and CCMD end-users for situational awareness of U.S. IC and related inter-agency CWMD activities
Collaborate with the CIIC and Constellation teams on the development of archival and retrieval systems to build historical records regarding CWMD trend development and pattern identification
Support core DCP analysts with the research, development, and application of ISC-specific tools and methods on foundational assessments to improve situational awareness
Develop and test methods for populating Constellation-built digital plans libraries with intelligence-related documents
Collaborate with technical tool developers in Constellation, and analysts in the CIIC, ISC and DCP, to satisfy intelligence-related RFIs generated by Combatant Commands. This shall include research, dissemination, and incorporation into standing production plans; collection requirement development; and identification of relevant data streams.

Nuclear weapons, nuclear fuel cycle, and/or foreign state nuclear weapons programs
Biological weapons, and/or state biological weapons programs
Chemical weapons, and/or state chemical weapons programs
WMD delivery systems, and/or state production/acquisition of delivery systems
WMD Counterproliferation, to include WMD-related procurement/proliferation networks, international treaties prohibiting WMD-related prolifer
