PT Event Security Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervise the activity of event security personnel as directed to ensure uniform compliance, of departmental policies and procedures. Assist (full-time) Security Supervisor during events, concerts, and attractions. Ensures security personnel are on assigned posts. Ensures security personnel are doing their assigned responsibilities. Assigns breaks to security personnel. In charge of response team
to handle issues with patrons. Interact with all Front of House employees. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Secures the building after each event. Timely communication with management concerning any issues.

Job Qualifications:
Must possess prior experience as a Madison Square Garden security officer. Strong verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Ability to uniformly enforce departmental policies and procedures. Must have/or qualify for a NYC Fire Guard certificate of fitness & NY Security certification. Previous supervisory experience,
