Provides direction, leadership and development to work teams to ensure effective and efficient operations for Security, Safety and Environmental. Primary contact with the client regarding these
departments. Responsible for ensuring all activities are in compliance with Company policies, NASA Security Directives, DOD practices, EPA regulations and  Federal, State and local policies and regulations.
  • Provides overall leadership for Security, Safety and Environmental departments, guidance in planning future requirements for personnel, supplies and procedures.
  • Responsible for emergency preparedness and communication serving as the primary interface with company and client.
  • Responsible to ensure Environmental management is in compliance with Federal, State and Local standards and regulations applicable under the Concession Agreement with NASA. nsures support and adherence to GreenPath initiatives.
  • Responsible for all safety programs and regulations, ensures all appropriate training and guidelines are up to date and meet compliance regulations.
  • Takes an active part in the establishment of an effective and successful Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) that will allow the company to obtain STAR status through the life of the Concession Contract.
  • All other duties asassigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Fifteen (15) years’ experience in any combination of the following: Contracts, Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, Security Operations.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in progressive management/supervisory skills
  • A demonstrated record of sound/successful financial management showing innovation and prudent management in the solution of business challenges. 
  • Knowledge of Government Contracts, in areas of Industrial Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Security practices.
  • Excellent commination and written skills.
  • Excellent Guest Service and hospitality skills.
