Job Description
This is a staff position reporting directly to the Program Manager. This position is responsible for directing TRAX International, LLC security functions to include:
• Managing all areas of the classified security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

• Managing personnel security clearances, visitor control practices, and required physical and industrial security implementation, inspections and corrections
• Developing, implementing and managing document control procedures for classified information
• Reviewing and investigating security related occurrences
• Coordinating security education and training with the workforce
• Conducting periodic reviews of the security program to ensure effectiveness

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with Security emphasis and five years of experience with DoD industrial security program, policies and procedures. Minimum of three years prior management experience. Must be certified or be able to obtain Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification. An additional five years of experience in the Security field may be substituted for the educational requirement. Must have strong organizational and communication skills and ability to manage personnel. Professional Security Certification preferred. Experience working within a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet elibility requirement for access to classified information.
