Position Description
The successful candidate will oversee the development of market leading duty of care products and services and manage teams charged with developing on-ground, organic intelligence contacts. They will gather, analyze and evaluate information from a variety of sources (local/federal law enforcement- domestic/foreign, U.S. State Department, U.S. Embassies, foreign Departments of State, open-source intelligence networks and geographic information systems) and be able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively.
This Manager will oversee the procurement of threat assessments and global intelligence reports for AIG employees and clients around the world. He/she will provide information, advice and assistance to AIG employees and clients while assisting in security operations to include evacuations, relocations, contingency planning, and corporate training.
Position Requirements
*Experience with military, intelligence agency, public or private sector security, and/or emergency management organization is critical.
*Advanced knowledge of security/threat analysis and crisis response both domestic and international.
*Prior experience in staff management and scheduling.
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of current global geo-political activity, threat conditions and government structures.
*Deep expertise of Microsoft Office Suite applications and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
*Prior experience in developing security plans/ strategies as well as comprehensive global training programs is essential.
