Security Supervisor (Military/Police Experience Required) - Middle East

Job Description
• Brief and de-brief security guards at start and end of shift
• Physical inspection of security guards at Ajman Saray grooming standards
• Visit each security guard at least twice throughout the shift
• Report all incidents in the correct format through Diligence, knowing when to escalate to management
• Monitoring of security processes, such as bag searches, metal/e-key systems and compliance
• Manage minor security staff issues and report all staff related issues to Director level
• Complete administrative duties precisely and correctly (e.g. Lost property procedures)
• To be available for deployment at events
• To attend all mandatory training
• To investigate all allegations fairly and impartially; immediately reporting any conflict of interest
• To perform emergency drills as directed

Requirements
Education
High school diploma required, Security background through either hotels or police/military

Experience
2 years of experience within security

Technical/ functional competencies
To fill this position the candidate must have a security or safety background. Ideally coming from a policing/military background with experience of dealing with customers and external partners. Good communication skills are essential as the role holder will often be the most senior security person on duty and must be able to communicate with ExCom level management. Knowledge of CCTV and access control a definite benefit.
