Hart is currently receiving applicants for a Training Manager. The Instructor must have over ten years training experience with at least four years international experience. Reporting to the Regional Director the Training Manager will deliver first class training.
Responsibilities will include:
- Development and oversight of training syllabus to meet the requirements including: Close Protection, HEAT, Medic, Defensive Driving, Weapons Handling, Search and Guarding
- Setting and maintaining training standards
- Flexible delivery of training to meet demanding work schedules
- Incorporating industry best practice to deliver up to date relevant material
- Working in close collaboration of the Country Management team to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met and exceeded.
- Client liaison to review deliverables
The Chief Instructor must hold:
- Formally recognised training qualification
- Formally recognised instructor qualifications in: Defensive Driving, Medic/First Aid, Weapons
- At least ten years training/Instructing experience
- At least four years international experience gained in austere locations, preferably with a PSC.
- Evidence of previous training registered with a governing training organisation highly desired.
