Job Description
Responsible for managing security and safety programs for DreamWorks Animation according to company objectives, industry standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Manage work disruptions or crisis of all types occurring on the studio lot, such as medical emergencies and equipment failures, among others.Other duties include but are not limited to: - Physical Security: Management of guard staff & security infrastructure design, maintenance and implementation.
- Intellectual Property Protection both internal (i.e. Data Center) and external (Anti-Piracy).
- Global Threat Assessment
- Travel Security Monitoring
- Corporate Investigations
- Workplace Violence Prevention
- Emergency Preparation
- Crisis Management
- Works closely with Internal Audit on compliance issues
Required Skills
- Three to five years experience in corporate security, consulting, law enforcement, or military.
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and writing skills
- Investigative Experience
- Strong background in Crisis ManagementAdditional Desired Qualifications: - Previous technology or entertainment sector experience
- Government Issued Security Clearance
- Management Experience
- Experience with Anti-Piracy Efforts and the MPAA
- Executive Protection
- Business Continuity Planning
