Security is seeking exceptional, customer service oriented, self
motivated, experienced person(s) to work as a Security Supervisor. The
Security Supervisor manages overall field services, operations and
functions in assigned areas including post reviews, employee
inspections, emergency response, post order compliance reviews and
special projects. Security Supervisors may also have the responsibility
of overseeing all logistics staff, administrative scheduling, and fleet
operations for Apple Cupertino and Sunnyvale operations.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum four years related safety/security or concierge level customer service experience
- Must possess and maintain State of California Guard Card, a valid California Driver License and a safe driving record
- Flexible to work different schedules
- Requires thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of industry leading security, life-safety, and business continuity procedures
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Must possess excellent skills and professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management
- Must be flexible and experienced in handling stressful security related situations, while exercising good judgement
- Excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, and organizational skills required
- Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Description
Supervise
a shift of Mobile Specialists to provide 24/7 security coverage
Train, coach, and mentor Mobile Specialists
Conduct verbal and written performance evaluations of Mobile Specialists
Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service
through radio dispatch, phone, and email
Respond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, staffing
deficiencies and other management requests
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED
as certified
Monitor and maintain up to date and accurate timekeeping systems,
records, and coordinate administrative scheduling
Ensure personnel are provided with necessary equipment and equipment is
accounted for
Provide direction to employees in the field, utilizing proper judgment,
to solve problems and to escalate matters, which may negatively impact
business continuity, to the Field Watch Commander
Manage office services and operations by reviewing and approving supply
requests, designing filing systems, controlling correspondence, and
inventory control systems
Manage all aspects of Standard Deployment uniform needs, including
sourcing processes, apparel, purchase orders, etc.
