Description
The purpose of this position will provide a focused effort to improve cost, department efficiency and lead
projects critical to TMMK business function, while providing adequate security, fire protection and emergency response services that are consistent with TEMA Standards.
Contract Security / Fire Services Management
Manage all aspects of TMMK – Georgetown Contract Security and Fire Services
Analyzes KPLs and Directs Countermeasure Recommendations
Reporting / Follow-Up (Access Control, Incident Reports, CCTV, etc.)
Leads Standard Operating Procedure development, deployment and enforcement
Contractor Liaison
Ensure Contractor works within National Security Contract (SOW)
Daily communication and understanding of key business objectives
Coordinate local ISF activities
Project Management
Plan and mange Security and Fire services Hoshin and Individual Priorities
Local Implement of Regional / One Toyota solutions/technologies to offset labor cost and streamline operations
Lead Corporate Security and Fire Services local and regional Compliance Initiatives
Cost Management
Organizes and makes recommendations for Contractor Labor Cost Control (Manpower/FTE)
Manages functional/responsible Budget vs. Actual (Operating & Capital)
Manage projects
Develops link charts, procedures and job instructions for responsible security processes
Develop and deploy SOPs standardize work and job instructions to support local and regional operations of security and fire services
Conducts Local and Regional Training Initiatives relating to new project Implementation and /or regional systems rollout
Provides Direction / Manages Contract Security Vendor
Facilitates Meetings and Supports Section Projects
Incident and Investigation management
Vulnerability Assessments for TMMK
Physical Security and Fire system (i.e.. Fire Alarm System, Access Control, CCTV, Emergency, Management etc.)
Regulatory Compliance (i.e. CTPAT, Risk Management, Customs, etc.
Security Camera (CCTV) Systems sustainment
Investigation and countermeasure implantation of Security Breaches within TMMK
Risk Management Reporting and Countermeasure Activity Tracking
Access Control (Badge Management) System Standardization and Sustainment
Workplace Violence mitigation and support
Assist in the development of the mission and vision for Corporate Security and Fire Services across Toyota North America
Deploy Security and Fire Systems and strengthen Toyota’s Security across North America as identified and assigned by Supervisor
Promote Regional Organizational Alignment and Advancement through collaborative strategies with TMS and NAMCs.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree

Overtime: For this position is typically 5-10 hours per week, depending on the projects and /or NAMC’s support requirements
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Security, Loss Prevention Criminal Justice, Law, Police / Fire Science, Safety or equivalent
Microsoft office
Relationship building among the divisions
Written and verbal communication skills
Oversee regional security / fire operations
Identify gaps and countermeasures
Integrate training and development with security and fire systems
