Job Description
Global Security and Investigations protects the firm’s employees and assets throughout the world.
This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, Security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, fraud Investigations and cyber security.

This position supports the Physical Security Operations Team with responsibility for the Greater Houston and Golden Triangle markets (Approx 6,500 employees). Currently this covers 230 Retail branches and 4 large corporate facilities (1,101,290 RSF), including a Retail Call Center and Commercial Cash Vault. This position will be located in Downtown Houston to perform project management duties, physical security site reviews and assessments, workplace violence and various other non-fraud investigations, guard force management, crisis management response and training, along with maintaining an effective law enforcement/emergency preparedness liaison.
Participates in physical security project activities, meetings, and surveys.
Assists in the development of protection plans based upon LOB and vendor meetings.
Performs bi-annual security profile and review for specified regional facilities.
Identifies and communicates risks and issues to management.
Position will focus on project management work, guard force management, physical security reviews, work place violence and other non-fraud investigations, crisis management (including SIMT exercises), training, fingerprint office oversight (2), and liaison with law enforcement.
Assist Executive Protection team when firm executives are visiting this geography
High interaction with branch offices and the respective site leadership

Qualifications
8-10 years experience in a security / project management focused role
Degree preferred or equivalent years of specific experience
