Job Description
American Systems is currently seeking skilled and seasoned Counter Intelligence Instructors for Advanced Counterintelligence Training and Advanced Digital Forensics Training Courses. The instructors will train the Mexican Navy (SEMAR) and the Mexican Army (SEDENA)
The Instructor shall train students to effectively plan and conduct physical surveillance and counter-surveillance operations, using DoD approved surveillance and counter-surveillance Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Training shall include pre-planning and planning and preparation for surveillance operations, team and individual concepts, surveillance hotography training and strategies, radio communications training, vehicular surveillance
disguises, demeanors and vulnerabilities, foot disguises, demeanors and vulnerabilities, surveillance reporting, actions in emergencies/ critical situations (surveillance detection by target, neighbors and others), decision-making and judgments, ethical issues and personal behavior, surveillance cover story development and dress, and how to avoid unwanted interactions with target or the public.
The Instructor shall train students with the mindset and measures to protect and preserve operational security and how to conduct collection planning in support of commander’s critical requirements using specialized collection methodologies, recording and reporting using digital photography, digital video, and other means.

The candidate shall conduct the training in Latin American Spanish. The Instructor shall not use real-time interpreters.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree is preferred, High School or High School equivalency is required .
Trained and certified by a recognized United States (US) National or DoD Intelligence Community or Law Enforcement Surveillance and Countersurveillance
training program.
Operational experience in conducting static, mounted and dismounted surveillance and counter-surveillance in support of counterintelligence operations in permissive and non-permissive urban environments.
Five (5) years of experience in counterintelligence or law enforcement operations involving the use of surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques.
Three (3) years of instructor experience training intelligence and law enforcement personnel in surveillance, counter-surveillance and operational security.
Must be fluent in Latin American Spanish and be able to communicate with the Mexican Military students in Latin American Spanish and converse with the Government representatives in English.
