Position Summary
Establishes, promotes and maintains company security and
property protection programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides guards and shift supervisors with direction to safeguard people and property.
Ensures guards receive initial and refresher training as required
by contract on an annual basis. Manages an effective Classified Information Program to assure
administrative practices are in place to safeguard classified
information. This includes contract review, working with
production, clearance management. Maintains Facility Security Officer Certification.
Assures compliance with the security scope of work and
maintains working knowledge of requirements and associated
regulatory documents. Performs liaison with Army Security Officer.
Point of Contact for and assures compliance with all
associated Security inspections
by local and external government agencies.
Supervises preparation of required reports, budgets and estimates.
Direct reports: Guard Captain, Guard Lieutenant, Security Training Officer, Security Administrative Clerk, Welcome Center Receptionist
