Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Specialist II
The Whitestone Group, Inc., an industry leading security company providing services to the federal government is seeking a Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Specialist II for a multiple task order contract.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Must possess a thorough knowledge of current DOD and NISPOM security requirements related to the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Program (AT/FP), physical security and AT/FP strategies and current intelligence. Develops and participates in AT/FP exercises. Develops and updates AT Level I training materials. Conducts criticality and vulnerability assessments. Develops threat analyses from multiple sources. Drafts policy, correspondence and briefings for Government approval. Develops AT/FP plans and procedures. Assists in developing an effective antiterrorism program. Prepares and delivers situational awareness support through analytical AT/FP program assistance. Assists the Government in drafting and developing AT/FP Plans and procedures critical to deterrence, detection, defense, and response to terrorist incidents. Interprets higher level AT/FP policy and guidance and assists in the review of subordinate activity AT/FP plans as directed by DODI 2000.16, Standard 7. Conducts researches, writes, analyzes, and briefs Government personnel. Prepares and coordinates staff packages.
Experience and Education:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Antiterrorism Officer.
High school diploma/GED, Associate degree preferred.
Skills and Training:
Successful completion of a DoD recognized Antiterrorism Officer course
AT/FP level II certification DoD vulnerability assessment certification.
Additional Requirements:
•Must be a US Citizen
•At least 21 years of age
•Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and a federal background investigation
•Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc.
