Security Specialist II (Escort)

Employer:  Olgoonik Technical Services, LLC
Location: DC- Washington, DC

Overview:
The primary function is to ensure that necessary physical security standards are maintained while persons not cleared are visiting secure areas of the office suites.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure that visitors to the Principle have been properly processed and issued necessary identification badges and that visitor properly identification badges at all times.
Ensure that visitors credential (badges, forms, ect) are turned in as visitors leave the area or building.
Remain with visiting officials at all time while maintaining visual contact until the excused by the host office
Endure that visitor do not enter areas where they are not authorized
Ensure that visitor are not carrying or do not use, items that are prohibited in a secure area.
Maintain an acute awareness of possible counter-intelligence or terrorism activities.
Provide Construction Surveillance services when required.
Setup/breakdown Treaty Room for camera sprays, treaty signing, swearing-in, and retirement ceremonies.

Education/Knowledge and/or Experience:
High School diploma required
BS/BA preferred
Construction Surveillance Technician/Cleared American Guard Training (CST)
Must be able to stand for long periods
Positive and responsive attitude
Team oriented in a high-profile high stress work environment
Excellent communications skills

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  None required

Security Clearance:
TOP SECRET Clearance Level Required
Must have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance
Must have a current US Government Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (less than 4-1/2 years old) or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Single Scope Background Investigation.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
