BAE Systems Intelligence and Security is seeking an experienced, proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized individual to provide on-site program operations support for an established component of the Department of Energy (DOE) supporting Counterintelligence (CI) activities, whose specific duties and functions include the following:
- Coordinates Cl issues with government agencies, outside customers and employees.
- Processes counterintelligence information within established DOE/Office of the Director of National Intelligence guidelines and procedures.
- Reviews personnel security files for Cl concerns in support of the Cl Directorate.
- Utilizes the DOE Cl Case Management System.
- Coordinates with local Personnel Security Division.
Required Experience:
Required Skills:
- Active TS/SCI - BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university. - Individual must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an investigator or security adjudicator with a U.S. government agency, able to cull relevant Cl information from documents maintained in Personal Security Folders (PSF) - Individual must display maturity in assessing issues, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and proven ability to perform under pressure - The individual must have current direct experience conducting counterintelligence operations/investigations, or conducting personnel security investigations, managing/directing the awarding security clearances, protecting national security program information, including nuclear weapon program at DOE.
