The GSOC Manager will directly supervise a staff of analysts providing intelligence support
to corporate security functions, to include: business travel, corporate investigations, intellectual property/brand protection and executive security. The GSOC Manager will interact with Expatriate employees on a daily basis and provide vital security guidance to the corporate entities who oversee the Expatriate program. The GSOC Manager will also work closely with the corporate Crisis Management Team and Business Continuity Office to coordinate and advance the corporate crisis management program. Crisis management functions include monitoring and communicating internal incidents to key stakeholders as well as developing standard crisis management policies and training for all corporate facilities and departments. The GSOC Manager ensures the training and development of all personnel and provides specific instruction on the intelligence cycle, open source research and the analytical process.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in intelligence analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Highly proficient with the intelligence cycle/process
  • Strong liaison skills
  • Crisis management & Business Continuity experience with a Fortune 500 company
  • Experience working with the U.S. intelligence community and law enforcement
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Strong evidence of past leadership success
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
