Description 
The Physical Security Manager will research and make recommendations to management and implement any approved recommendations. Works with appropriate management personnel company-wide regarding any physical security issues, providing guidance and assistance for a satisfactory resolution. Act as a liaison between company and assigned vendors ensuring physical security meets company requirements. Oversee and maintain the physical security equipment (building access equipment and surveillance cameras) for all facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Identify security risks and issues and recommend policies and strategies to mitigate risks, safeguard the company and its employees. Research new and /or updated physical security information including, but not limited to products, protocol and standards, providing recommendations to management.

- Work with appropriate company management during incident investigations throughout the company from a physical security standpoint. Provide information during security incidents which may require data collection, report analysis and possible communication with appropriate personnel.

- Oversee the physical security equipment of all facilities. Will work to resolve any issues with the security equipment, working with vendors as necessary.

- Act as administrator of all physical security equipment and systems including, but not limited to, building access and camera surveillance equipment.

- Responsible for processing any access changes to facilities and any system upgrades and implementation necessary.

- Serve as the security vendor liaison providing information necessary for physical security.

- Maintain the Incident database providing reports and analysis of all reported
incidents.

- Oversee and maintain physical security awareness program for the HQ and field operations including review of current procedures and recommendations to
management for any changes .

- Oversee fire and life safety programs across all facilities.

- Performs all other duties as assigned by Management .


Requirements Education Bachelors

Experience Five years in security related industry
