Summary
:
Perform management duties while meeting, or exceeding Community care standards. All information regarding residents is confidential, and this position requires maintaining the confidentiality of resident information.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Security:
1. Ensuring resident safety and well-being
2. Building Security- Locks, Key Control.
3. Parking and traffic regulations.
4. Theft Prevention and Investigation
5. Updating and implementing new policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and make corrections to employees time and payroll
7. Issuing and maintaining all remote pullcords
8. Testing and licensing all residents with electric wheelchairs or carts
9. Evaluating all Supervisors
10. Advice other communities on all Security aspects.
Other:
1. Documentation of all worked performed
2. Hiring and termination of employees
3. Implement and observe all safety rules and procedures
4. Creating and working within a budget
5. Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Director
6. Council residents and visitors who are looking for help
7. Handle all complaints with empathy
