Job Description
Linxx Global Solutions, a fast growing Government contracting company, with corporate offices located in Virginia Beach, VA, is currently looking for experienced High Threat Driving Instructors to fill positions at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
Will transport and use explosive training devices “in and about” a contiguous range/tactical area or base cantonment. Will attend Air Force training classes provided by the USAF EOC and will be issued a certificate of competency for use of explosive training devices;
Will drive government furnished vehicles in day and night conditions. Vehicles include (but not limited to); 15 passenger vans, trucks, High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, 44 passenger bus, 2.5 ton Light Medium Tactical Vehicle military truck, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected, and 10K forklifts;
Shall work on complex, combat problems in the field, assessing dynamic situations, conveying experience, and main points as outlined in lesson plans to the students;
Shall be responsible for setup, use, issue, sign for and inventory training devices/equipment used during the course and other associated administrative tasks as assigned;
Shall utilize video feedback after action review system for debriefing and instructing students.

Required Skills
Candidate Qualifications

Mustst have driver training credentials/certification and tactical driving experience within the last 2 years;
Required - Associate’s Degree or higher;
Must have prior deployed experience in an uncertain or hostile environment and recent operations within the last 10 years, such as Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom or New Dawn;
Proficient in the following computer programs; MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat;
Must be able to pass and maintain currency in the Air Force small arms qualification course of fire on the M9 and M16A2/M4;
Must have current certifications to perform basic first aid, CPR and use an AED;
Must be physically capable of instructing/supporting students in field conditions that may include low light, smoke, percussion, small arms fire (live fire target range, blanks and dye marking cartridges), insects, in uneven terrain under all weather conditions for multiple consecutive days wearing load bearing equipment (i.e., body armor, appropriate helmet, similar equipment to student requirements, etc.) and/or carrying training aids or equipment.
Must be physically capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted and running 500ft (NOT simultaneously);
Must be capable of using pyrotechnics, including CO2 powered training simulators, ground burst simulators and smoke grenades;
Must have a valid state driver’s license and capable of driving in day and night conditions;
Professional appearance required.
