Job Summary
All Source Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for generating intelligence reports in accordance with Army and DoD regulations while receiving tasking(s) to initiate contacts with IC agencies to provide timely and accurate oral and written Force Protection Reports, Spot Reports and Intelligence Information Reports. Responsible for studying collection requirements, guidance, and related reference material to keep informed of current requirements and operational directives. Prepare and maintain operational files such as liaison contact reports, source registration/files, and intelligence funds files for regulatory and intelligence oversight purposes. Ensures compliance with appropriate Army and DoD regulations.
Principle Accountabilities
Joint Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JISR) Support. The Combat Training Center Support Team’s mission is to improve the integration, interoperability, and effectiveness of Joint
fires. The Support Team performs its mission to improve intelligence and Joint fires by conducting training assessments, evaluations, providing capability development, providing training support, and feedback for improvement. This training is ISR centric and is designed to address identified JIIM gaps and feedback from current operations on integrating ISR with fires, maneuver, and C2 processes and procedures. This task is to provide Joint IS&R training at the CTCs in support of maneuver forces and Joint air-to-ground fires integration with maneuver forces. This task provides for execution support to training programs, exercises and events; specifically to provide training on select Joint fires issues and to plan, prepare, and execute Joint fires training at venues/programs.
Provide Joint Intelligence Subject Matter Expertise (SME). The Contractor shall:
Provide Joint ISR and air-to-ground integration training at training programs / exercises / events.
Provide Joint ISR Seminars for Brigade Combat Teams.
Train Joint Targeting process and procedures at Mission Command Training Program events.
Instruct Leadership Training Program classes.
Provide Pre-CTC home station training support
Provide Joint Fires Subject Matter Expertise (SME). The Contractor shall:
Provide training instruction and task execution feedback based on current, authoritative sources, such as, published Joint doctrine, Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs), and existing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Provide planning, preparation, and assessment support to training programs, exercises, and events.
Provide pre-academic training on Joint IS&R integration and as required, specific training on select Joint fires issues to training programs’ staff and training audience.
Provide on-site SME to augment training programs’ staff during exercise and event execution.
Provide one-on-one mentoring/coaching to training audience.
Provide training related feedback to training audience.
Provide venue and programmatic feedback to improve Joint context, thereby enhancing Joint training.
Provide training reports to TRADOC G-2.
Knowledge and Skills
Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
Be familiar with MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
Experience and Education
Bachelors plus 2 years’ experience
OR Associates plus 6 years’ experience
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Normal office environment
Travel
Must possess a Current US issued tourist passport
Willing to receive Anthrax, Smallpox and other vaccines as required for the AOR
