The major components of these programs include rail, hospitals, schools, water treatment, and related infrastructure, along with safety, security, and environmental and sustainability services.

Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Risk Analysis Specialist that will be based on our Madinah Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The incumbent will report functionally to the Project Controls Manager.
The Madinah Public Transportation Program (MPTP) includes a comprehensive metro and bus network, as well as substantial upgrades and new construction for the primary road network. It also provides relevant facilities such as stations, park-and-ride lots, depots, and advanced Intelligent Transportation Service (ITS) technologies.
Duties and responsibilities not limited to:
• Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies that can be monitored and tracked throughout the life of the project.
• The risk management process should be proactive and identify risk early in the project to encourage effective timely mitigation measures.
• Direct the risk management process by all participants including stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, contractors and operators.
• Maintain and populate the RMS (Risk Management System) database with risk related information.
• Assist in the production of the risk reporting documents.
• Assist in the building of the quantitative risk models to be developed on schedule.
Required Skills
Master’s degree
Required Experience
Experienced in identifying risks to project progress and to the program as a whole through a systematic approach.
Minimum 12 years of experience, including 4 in transportation programs.
