Overview:
The Whitestone Group, Inc., an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. government with an international presence is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Manager for a multiple task order contract.

Possess extensive knowledge in investigations, electronics, security evaluation, and construction. Must be 21 years old or older; meet the following physical standards (See current edition of DoDI 5240.05, TSCM Program):
Hearing acuity tests results per audiometer test not to exceed 30 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
Vision must be a minimum of 20/30 in one eye and 20/20 in the other eye, distant and near, through normal vision or corrective measures.
Color perception test results, employing the pseudo-isochromatic plates for testing color perception, not to exceed four incorrect identifications out of fourteen test plates.
Free from any physical problems which materially hinder manual dexterity. Applicant must have normal range of motion in all extremities.

A complete medical examination showing no medical reason for the applicant to be unable to complete rigorous training and performance of duties to include the following: ability to lift forty pounds overhead, using both arms; ability to carry forty pounds in a manner similar to carrying a suitcase; ability to climb a six-foot ladder; ability to crawl beneath a three-foot barrier.

Qualifications:
Experience and Education:

Have a minimum of 10 continuous years of TSCM experience immediately preceding work on this contract, with at least 3 of those years supervising one or more TSCM teams.

It is highly desirable to have experience in electronics, avionics, telephone systems operations and maintenance, information systems operations and maintenance, and/or alarm systems operations and maintenance.

High school diploma/GED and must have completed a course in electronics fundamentals, Associate degree preferred.

Skills and Training:
Must have successfully completed the Interagency Training Center's (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals Course prior to performing TSCM functions on this contract. Additionally, shall, at least annually, attend refresher or other specialized training to remain proficient and knowledgeable concerning unusual or new technical penetration and/or detection techniques; successfully completed a course in electronics fundamentals; as such as electronics, avionics, telephone systems operations and maintenance, information systems operations and maintenance, and/or alarm systems operation and maintenance.

Must be a US Citizen
At least 21 years of age
Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and a federal background investigation
Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc.
