As a personnel security liaison, the individual will be responsible for managing applicant requests for agency-specific clearances. Candidate should be a highly organized, detail-oriented, discrete administrative specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. The candidate will have frequent in person and email interaction with team members, Division leadership, and contractor personnel.

Applies a detailed knowledge with regard to policies, processes, planning, and operational best practices. Creates and conducts process assessments using widely accepted models and simulations, as well as other appropriate operations research techniques. Performs other key analytic duties as necessary to support statement of work and client-directed requirements. Develops customer briefings and reports with a high degree of accuracy. May develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities. Conducts analysis and provides expert counsel to client in respective business area of expertise. May analyze business and technical processes to formulate, develop, and implement new and modified processes and policies. Assists in the facilitation of process improvement efforts and in customer requirements, knowledge sharing/transfer, work group brainstorming, and focus group sessions. Reviews and updates standard operating procedures. Analyzes, researches and reports system anomalies. Translates business system processes and requirements into Use Case scenarios. Attends functional meetings. Creates briefings and focused customer presentations. Documents the customer requirements and business processes.
