Position SummaryManage patrol shifts and maintain excellent communications with clients.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.   Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Maintains excellent and productive relationship with clients and with the general public toward an objective of creating high customer satisfaction and a positive public image of ADT Security's Patrol Division.
  • Increases profit by promoting and supporting Patrol sales.
  • Confers with representatives of management to formulate policies, determine need for programs, and coordinate programs with plant activities.
  • Determines staff hours, number of personnel, and maintains record of work hours to be reported to payroll at the end of each payroll cycle.
  • Exercises professional conduct in all contacts with clients, members of the general public, and law enforcement agencies.  Completely enforces and demonstrates compliance with all ADT Security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Education/Certification
  • High school diploma or GED
Experience
  • 1 to 3 Years, Security Managerial experience.
Other
  • Possess State of California mandated security cards and permits.
  • California driver's license.
