Job Description
We are seeking a Antiterrorism/Force Protection Analyst to join our team in support of our work with a federal threat management customer. This position supports the client in maintaining and enhancing the legality, credibility, and legitimacy of its physical security services through the analysis of physical protection systems.

Active shooter Training experience.
Military or industry-based security background in the identified responsibilities.
One year or more of AT/FP experience within the Department of Defense, or associated industry company implementing and/or leading an Antiterrorism/Force Protection program (company or installation level).

Responsibilities
As the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist with routine planning and assessment of the client Antiterrorist (AT) program, which includes developing, maintaining and updating threat plans and training materials.
Assist with the development, coordination, execution, and documenting of Threat Working Group, Antiterrorism Working Group, and Antiterrorism Executive Committee meetings.
Update and maintain action items electronically.
Maintain records of all business transacted at these meetings.
Assist with the conduct of special event vulnerability assessments.
Assist with implementing and executing the required TWG, ATWG, and ATEC inclusive of coordinating, distributing, and compilation of results which will be transmitted in the format of formal meeting minutes.
Update, maintain, and assist in executing the Insider Threat training awareness program for the Newcomer’s Orientation Program. Provide briefings/materials for training. Upgrade briefing materials based on feedback from training sessions.
Conduct monthly and comprehensive annual reviews.
Assist in the execution of Risk Assessment process. Participate in Theater, higher headquarters, Agency, and/or host installation/facility annual AT criticality and vulnerability assessments when facilities and assets are being assessed.
Prepare AT criticality and vulnerability assessment inputs and packages for coordination, and submit inputs for final documents for approval.
Assist in the performance of assessments of facilities and assets to ensure compliance for minimum antiterrorism standards for building.
Conduct special event vulnerability assessments and draft the associated special event vulnerability assessment reports for events where 300 or more DoD personnel will be present.
Develop, deploy, maintain and assist in executing the Active Shooter Awareness Program, inclusive of initial orientation training, on-going updates, and continuous and interactive media presentations. Prepare training videos, briefings and media presentations.
Develop and incorporate active shooter based exercises at all levels.
Prepare monthly training reports to provide complete Active Shooter training status and metrics.
Assist in coordinating all exercise activities with the customer Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations Division and prepare Master Scenario Events List and After-Action Reports. Prepare minutes of hot wash activities, working papers and final After Action Reports.
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more year experience, Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience, or no degree with 6 or more years in advanced Anti-terrorism/Force Protection.
Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to attaining a DoD TS clearance within 180 days.
