Position Title: Lead Instructor for Patrolmen (Contracted)
Location: This position is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
Position Duties:
Provide specialized training for Patrolmen
Ensure the highest level of productivity
Develop institutional training mechanisms
Use performance assessment tools and measure trainee standards
Provide specialized courses related to patrol missions
Mandatory Qualifications:
Must have demonstrated instructor experience related to military or police patrols
Must possess extensive familiarity with Arab cultural norms and expectations
Must have 2 years of experience, and possess instructor certifications in one or more of the following domains of instruction:
Induction Courses for Patrolmen
Basic Training for Patrolmen
Specialist Training for Patrolmen
Crowd Control; Community Policing
Command, Leadership, and Management Domain
Intelligence Management
Patrols first line management; Area Search; Tactical Response to Improvised Explosive Devices; Vehicle Stop and Search; Traffic Management
Mandatory Education Requirement: Must possess a BA/BS from an accredited U.S. university
Desired Qualifications:
18 months of experience in the CENTCOM AOR
Arabic Language Skills
Familiarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s cultural norms and expectations
Deployment: Early 2016
Tour Length: 1 Year
