Primary Function:
Executes all required stock control functions in accordance with Department of the Army Pamphlet DA PAM 710-2-2 and internal and external SOPs. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated mission and values.
Essential Functions:
Complete causative research on stock record balances not agreeing with inventory counts
Prepare ammunition transaction documents pertaining to receipts, issues, location changes, turn-ins, shipments, and maintenance and inventory adjustment of ammunition assets
Manage and maintain SAAS-MOD documentation which includes: the scheduling of reports; archiving file; storage file maintenance; input; and output documentation
Maintain and properly file hard copy files of supply transactions, voucher numbers, causative research, adjustment documents, documents, document register, and other records related to ASP operations
Collect data and provide reports as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in ammunition stock control operations
Must have knowledge of ammunition accountability operations and capable of input and retrieval of data from SAAS-MOD
Must have the ability to generate/produce data and reports needed for all required operations
Must remain current with new and changing functions of the SAAS-MOD system and shall train on new supply systems as directed by the Government if SAAS-MOD is replaced or modified
The Government can request reports or information from the SAAS-MOD operators at any time during duty hours. SAAS-MOD Operators must have a thorough knowledge of read/write capability through the SAAS-MOD STAMIS.
Must be fluent in the English language
Must be able to perform and manage all the functions associated with the SAAS-MOD applications and at a minimum the SAAS-MOD end user manual
Subject to functions capability testing administered by the Government, AO, COR/ACOR, 1st TSC or Munitions Stock Control and Accounting Supervisor at any time that the individual’s performance warrants it
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
Must be willing to travel OCONUS
Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements
If former military, must have received an honorable discharge
Must possess valid passport
Must have experience in applicable safety standards
