Please list on resume any current or former security clearances held.
Course Description
Maritime Interdiction of Terrorism is a three-week course designed to provide maritime law enforcement operators with a better understanding of the basic principles of interdicting terrorism in a maritime environment. This course combines basic maritime law enforcement and port security with a focus on how terrorists operate in a marine environment and how to recognize threats and mitigate them as needed. Participants will use this information to learn how to conduct routine and high-risk boardings and practice doing so through a number of boarding scenarios. All participants should have a basic working knowledge of small boat operations, seamanship, and competency in the use of crew-served weapons from a moving platform. This course is conducted in the Partner Nation.Required Skills.
