Job Description/Duties: 
Advantage SCI has an immediate opening for a Senior Watch Officer/Site Lead to support a 24/7/365 day contract providing timely and professional watch support at all times.

Summary of duties includes, but is not limited to:
• Serve as the Lead Watch Officer on a 24/7/365 day a year contract providing supervision, oversight, mentorship, and training of all company Watch Officers supporting the contract.
• Responsible for daily coordination with the government management team and COR.
• Responsible for managing and scheduling of work hours/shifts ensuring appropriate Watch support to meet all of the customer’s requirements and all Watch Officers are performing their duties in a timely and professional manner at all times.
• Monitoring multiple unclassified and classified e-mail accounts
• Answering the Watch desk telephones
• Participating in National Operations Center (NOC) Blast Call
• Monitoring the status of GNDA related alarms and events and NOC Phased events
• Submitting training requests
• Facilitating stakeholder alarm adjudication assistance by aiding stake holders in obtaining and maintaining accounts to include password resets and possible verbal assistant for infrequent users
• Entering information for non-account holders into the system for urgent real alarm need
• Assisting the On-call Federal Official (OCF) with GNDA awareness during alarms; facilitating FSTTL agencies in alarm adjudication training on the system
• Conducting Operational Adjudication tasks, RN Equipment searches, and other actions necessary to facilitate alarm adjudication including system testing
• Notifying through the chain of command of ongoing incidents, which includes operating the Communicator system for emergency notifications
• Preparing initial situation reports; conducting operational reporting of alarms; managing weekly notification rules and call lists; providing shift pass down to relief
• Assisting with information sharing within the GNDA such as logging, tracking, and entering Requests For Information and alarms into appropriate databases
• Answering urgent request for information to GNDA stakeholders regarding data within the system, distributing products to GNDA Stakeholders and maintaining a Watch log of actions

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's plus two (2) years’ relevant experience (an AA/AS plus two years experience or four years’ experience as a military, government, or contractor in a command center, watch office, military office, federal government office, intelligence, analysis, administrative, or secure government facility may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree)
• Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance; Current DHS Suitability Check highly desired
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Availability for shift work in a 24/7/365 day operational environment
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
• Must have reliable transportation and availability to travel
• Must have a valid certification of completion in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge from Information Assurance Support Environment (Only valid within 30 days of hire). To obtain the certification, visit http://iase.disa.mil/eta/.

Desired Requirements:
• Previous Supervisory Watch experience and/or basic radiological and nuclear concepts or Command/Intelligence Center experience
• Intelligence analysis background
• Familiarity with issues concerning United States Government interagency coordination and integration
• Reach back experience to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the National Laboratories, Intelligence Community, and/or State/Local governments also preferred

• Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Able to walk long distances without assistance
