Job Description :
The primary responsibility of this position is employee and visitor control in accordance with the NISPOM (National Industrial Security Operating Manual at the Marlton, NJ facility. This position will require the ability to work either day and evening shifts as needed. The purpose of this function is to impede criminal activity and ensure the safety of the facility, its employees and assets. This individual will be accountable for checking badges of employees and Resident Visitors,
and verifying authorization of visitors to enter the facility. Candidate will also ensure that all visitors complete appropriate forms required for access, notify points-of-contact of visitor arrivals, issue proper badges to visitors, inspect visitors' hand-carried items for classified material, company property, or prohibited items, verify authorization of persons to carry property in or out of the facility, and answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: performing patrols of facilities, rapid alarm response, emergency response, violation and hazard detection, parking enforcement, classified materials destruction transportation, and associate post relief. Responsibilities may also include performing security escorts, keeping detailed records, and performing other related security tasks as assigned by the Facility Security Officer or Supervisor, MFC Security Services or designated representative.The duties of this position may include extended periods of standing, walking and use of stairs.

Basic Qualifications
Strong Customer Service Skills, knowledge of MS Office, excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task.

Desired skills
Active Secret clearance, Security experience, Knowledge of NISPOM, Experience with security related monitoring systems (ie. Alarm systems, Facility Access Control Systems, etc)
