Job Description
Tunista Services, LLC is seeking a Security Officer in Gila Bend, AZ to perform the following day to day duties:
Monitors and authorizes entrance and departures of employees, visitors, and documents same.
Responds to emergencies and crimes in progress, coordinates with local law enforcement, call’s fire department and reports emergencies.

Establishes Cordons, Entry Control Points, Traffic Control Points, use the Incident Command System
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Patrols base property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of Air Force assets.
Monitors flight-line and traffic on base, makes traffic stops accordingly.
Reports any suspicious activity.
Detains subjects
Operate RADAR.
Investigate reported crimes
 
Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to physically operate an AR-15 rifle and 9 mm pistol and to qualify with both.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must pass a drug screen
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a flight-line driver’s test
Must be able to pass a background investigation
Must be able to pass a physical
Must be able to pass a PT test
Must pass written and oral examinations
Must be able to operate a two – way radio
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
Must be a US Citizen

Security Guard Training
