Job Description
BAE Systems Intelligence and Security is seeking an experienced, proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized Program Manager (PM) to provide on-site program operations support for the federal law enforcement / intelligence community to proactively identify persons of interest who may have links to terrorism. The PM will manage analysts who will provide tactical and strategic analysis of terrorism data to develop and enrich support to field agents and senior government officials within the law enforcement/intelligence community. The PM’s specific duties and functions include the following:
- Manages overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to the customer.
- Project analysis, planning, and implementation.
- Support the overall contract plan by monitoring project team performance and outcomes relative to established tasks goals/measurements.
- Prepares contract deliverables and detailed reports.
- Completing logistical contract actions, such as, training, time and attendance and personnel actions.
- Interfaces between management, corporate staff and guidance provided by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or designated representative. Required Education:Bachelors and 8+ year(s) related experience Required Experience:Bachelors’ degree in a technical field; or in Business or Management or equivalent experience,Employees in California must have a Bachelor’s degree in the applicable field, or an applicable certification, equivalent certificate or any required license. Equivalent experience will not be considered.,Prefer Program Management Institute (PMI) certification and/or Program Management Professional (PMP) Required Skills:• B.A. / B.S. degree • Active TS/SCI • Individual must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project management (projects of comparable size and complexity), which may be a combination of private sector, civil service, or military. Individual must have demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • The individual must demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the US Intelligence Community, specifically as it relates to Federal Law Enforcement • Capability to analyze information/data from numerous government and public data sources • Law enforcement intelligence experience or national intelligence community analytic experience required Preferred Skills:• Master’s Degree in Business or Public Administration is highly desirable. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable. • Terrorist watchlisting experience • Knowledge of risk assessments, knowledge management, and technology support in a distributed intelligence environment • Experience with the following systems: TECS, NCIC, ACS, ADIS, SEVIS, LexisNexis, State Department networks, and classified databases
