Job Description
Offering personalized service to customers in accordance with the policies of the organization.
Serving customers using technologies according to the protocol of the organization
Identify threats, risks and / or vulnerabilities according to service characteristics and procedures established by the client and / or security company.
Report threats risks and / or vulnerabilities identified in accordance with company procedures and customer safety
Sort emergency situations in accordance with the characteristics of the service and the procedures established by the organization
Respond to emergency situations in the emergency service as customer plan and regulations.
Controlling emergency situations in accordance with the emergency plan , the current regulations and procedures established by the customer.
Monitor the services provided, according to customer requirements , organizational policies and current regulations .
Action plan monitoring services, taking into account jobs and procedures of the organization .
Check the operation of resources and compliance functions in accordance with quality standards , customer requirements and standards of the organization.
Respond to new developments as presented in the following legal norms and procedures established by the organization.
Ensure the control and management of assigned staff in charge .
Ensure compliance with the rules of industrial safety, occupational health and environment.
The Ideal Candidate :
Experience and Required Skills:
Verifiable Employment History .
Professional higher studies concluded
Have two ( 2) years minimum security experience .
Experience in personnel management
Principles of Customer Service
Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
Management Operating Procedures , policy compliance
Knowledge on Threats , Risks and Vulnerabilities
Basic knowledge of electronic security
Other :
Retraining Course , Specialization and Deepening existing Security Monitoring .
