Job Description
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) / Facility Security Officer (FSO) to lead our security department Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide advanced level support to management in the areas of personnel, physical, contract, information and communications security.

Other Essential Job Duties:
• Ensuring compliance with company, Department of Defense, and intelligence community security requirements
• Managing processes and activities related to personnel, physical, contract, information and communications security
• Preparing security data statistics for metric reports

• Conducting liaison activities with defense, intelligence and federal law enforcement agencies and acting as lead for security audits
• Investigating violations and variances with security policy
• Identifying potential problems or areas of for improvement and provides solutions
• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures in coordination with government agencies and company management, to include Standard Practice Procedures (SPP), Technology Control Plans, policies for visitor/access control and personnel security processing procedures
• Providing support for all security functions in accordance with the NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs and other applicable government security directives associated with security programs
• Ensuring compliance with government policies, procedures, and federal security database (e.g. JPAS, ACAVS, ISFD)
• Interfacing with employees and government customers on security related issues
• Maintaining facility clearance
• Processing personnel clearance actions
• Conducting security awareness briefings, training and education

The individual customer mission areas include: Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Multi/Hyper Spectral (MSI/HSI), Thermal Infrared (TIR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) and Full Motion Video (FMV), Electro-Optical (EO) Measurement and Signature Intelligence, Over-the-Horizon (OTH) RADAR, Line-of-Sight (LOS) RADAR, and Radio Frequency (RF) data sources. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Minimum Requirements
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required
• 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Defense agency processes and procedures
• Working knowledge of JPAS and other security software required in the performance of duties (e.g. ACAVS, JPAS, ISFD, eFOCI, eFCL, eQIP, Access Commander)
• Advanced knowledge of the NISPOM and DCIDs/ICDs required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, written, and communication skills
• Independent thinking and exercise of good judgment
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work as part of a matrixed team with little supervision
• Discreet handling of confidential information
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
• Candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; US citizenship required

Clearance Requirement:
• Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)

• May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
