A-T Solutions is seeking a Red Cell Intelligence Analyst for our location at Ft Belvoir, VA.
The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the overall conduct and management of specific vulnerability assessments, to include gathering information based on program objectives, identifying gaps in information gathering, and prioritizing courses of action pertaining to the assessment. The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst is responsible to research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate and publish all-source terrorism and foreign intelligence service intelligence studies, plans, and/or products relating to specific programs.
The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst will assume the duties of the core subject matter expert (SME) in intelligence analysis and production in a variety of complex topics related to various threats to national security.
Responsibilities/Tasks
The Red Cell Intelligence Analyst shall:
Conduct collection management, analysis, and fusion of the collected information for specific program
Identify information requirement, develop collection plans, identify information sources and develop/conduct takings
Perform extensive Open Source collection and analysis
Manage information flow between DoD Red Team partners
Conduct All-Source intelligence analysis and fusion supporting specific DoD Red Team program
Develop courses of action and associated plans/orders to conduct assessments in conjunction with Red Cell assets
Prepare program deliverables including intelligence summaries and activity reports
Required Skills/Qualifications
Ability to exercise independent judgment in technical analysis and to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Effective oral and written communications skills for working within a team environment.
Excellent writing skills
Capable of demonstrating initiative and critical thinking.
Have minimum expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Terrorist Operations (Planning, Execution, and Management)
Intelligence (Collection, Fusion, and Analysis)
Information Operations (Knowledge to affect, but not limited to, communications, security, logistics, transportation, and supply systems
Accept worldwide short duration deployments which include high threat permissive areas that may bring some risk to personal safety
Submit to immunizations for worldwide travel
Be able to travel on short notice and work non-standard hours and take on-call duty
Obtain an Official Passport
Be capable of operating in all operational and physical environments and work closely with US Government military and/or civilian personnel
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 4 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 8 to 10 years of experience
Experience with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories
Preferred Experience
Relevant experience in intelligence with Department of Defense or other U.S. Government agency intelligence activities
2 years of intelligence analysis (IA) experience supporting dynamic operational activities in addition to having an in-depth understanding of intelligence analysis cycle, open-source research, and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical data
Familiar with providing direct intelligence support to Special Operations Forces
