Description
In support of a forthcoming government contract, KeyPoint Government Solutions is seeking experienced federal background investigators with training experience and fluency in Spanish to train background investigators in Mexico.

Job Duties:
Trainers will provide classroom instruction to train investigators on conducting background investigations for all law enforcement and security personnel in Mexico. The training topics are to include:
Structuring an investigation for new and active employees

Obtaining and interpreting financial/credit reports
Interviewing techniques
Case management
Question development for interviews
Ability to read body language in the detection of deception
Report writing and briefing an investigation
Developing sources and information networks
Utilizing open sources and social networks
Collection and analysis of information/intelligence
Adjudication

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience falling into one of the following categories:
​5 years of experience conducting federal background investigations, including 2 years training federal background investigators
5 years of experience conducting federal background investigations with 2 years experience training criminal investigators
5 years of experience conducting law enforcement officer background investigations, including 2 years training law enforcement background investigators
Spanish language ability is strongly desired
U.S. Citizen
Ability to travel internationally for extended periods of time (4-6 weeks in Mexico to 2 weeks home)
Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) certification
