Job Description
The successful candidate will provide safety and security for the Executive Group, as well as provide security support for corporate events. Primary responsibilities are at the company headquarters although occasional international and domestic travel is expected. This position reports directly to the Head of Executive Protection and Event Security, and will be part of the growing Global Corporate Security team. The right individual will work in collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure the safety and security of the Executive Group and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
Strictly monitor access to the Executive Floor at company headquarters.
Provide executive protection support for special assignments.
Formulate security plans and provide direct management for internal and external events.
Establish an effective liaison with Executive Staff to address the myriad of professional, administrative and clerical functions occurring within the Executive Group.
Coordinate all Fire Safety training and serve as the lead emergency warden during fire drills, alarms or necessary evacuation of the Executive Floor.
Assists in the development and implementation of security policies and procedure
Assists in identifying security risks and exposures by participating in security reviews, evaluations and risk assessments.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Experience:
5+ years security experience (military, law enforcement preferred).
5+ years protecting high profile/net worth individuals in a corporate setting
Experience planning, coordinating and effectively managing event security

Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
High level of physical fitness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as internet and social media research techniques.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act independently once a task or assignment is adequately explained.
Ability to effectively manage various tasks and prioritize by level of importance or urgency.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Eagerness to learn and expand scope of duties.
Exposure to or a demonstrated interest in public or private sector security issues a plus.
