Position Duties:
· Manage a team of direct and matrix reporting investigators including global reports
· Manage all investigations globally
· Ensure that newly assigned personnel have access to all appropriate websites & investigative tools and are properly trained
· Set yearly key objectives for GI staff, including team goals & priorities
· Personally investigates & manages highly sensitive internal inquiries involving executives and CS&F staff
· Oversee all Usual and Unusual Event (UE) investigation and reporting and maintains a worldwide database for all UEs
· Develop & maintain liaison with appropriate members of federal, state, & local law enforcement agencies
· Oversee global intelligence operations
· Oversee investigations of major company policy violations
· Manage information from global tip line calls to determine if investigation is necessary
· Coordinate armed responses for layoffs and terminations in the Dearborn area
· Plan and coordinate security plans for domestic and international travel for company executives
· Perform executive protection for local, domestic, and international assignments
· Respond to behavioral incidents as required
Minimum Requirements:
· 10+ years’ Federal Law Enforcement experience
· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
· Must be able to travel on short notice up to 30% of the time
· Strong managerial skills
· Maintain Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
· Successful completion of the State 330 class
· Annual MCOLE firearms qualification
· CPR/AED certification
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Investigative experience
· Strong interviewing skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong decision-making skills
