As our District Loss Prevention Manager, you'll act as the Loss Prevention (LP) subject matter expert at the District level by becoming the District Stores Director's primary strategic and operational
partner in the effort to reduce overall inventory shortage and minimize business risks. You'll provide leadership to all District LP direct and indirect reports in order to reduce store inventory shortages and identify and investigate internal activity. You'll also utilize all retail systems to uncover operational deficiencies; educate and coach our Store Managers on internal theft detection; and lead the LP team to become broad-based retail business partners, be proficient with store systems and general retail knowledge and implement training programs accordingly. This opportunity also involves developing and executing shortage reduction plans and monthly business plans. In addition, you'll conduct quarterly LP store audits.

QualificationsRequirements for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years retail loss prevention experience, including 3 years management experience
- 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree
- General understanding of retail store systems
- Proven leadership, coaching and development skills
- Able to drive results
- Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to travel up to 1/3 of the time
- Previous Retail LP experience with LP interview training is required
- Previous multiple store management experience is required
- CFI and LPC Certified is strongly preferred
