This position functions as a resource to a wide variety of internal disciplines within Pratt & Whitney, including human resources, export control, business practices, information technology, finance and security. Ability to work independently, prioritize issues across various disciplines and ensure the successful completion of tasks to the satisfaction of clients is essential. The Manager of Investigations and Security routinely deals with highly sensitive, confidential information, and must garner the trust and confidence of clients in order to be successful.
This position requires regular interface with local, state and federal law enforcement, as well as defense department and intelligence agencies. As a public representative of the company, it is essential that the Manager of Investigations and Security possess an excellent personal reputation and ability to utilize networking resources when needed. Significant domestic and international travel can occur on short notice.
Bachelors degree required.
Educational background in law or accounting is preferred.
10+ years experience successfully addressing complex investigations and prosecutions.
This position requires strong investigative and analytical skills. Prior experience in federal law enforcement is highly preferred. Candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Significant domestic and international travel can occur on short notice.
