Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Master Training Specialist Tracking Code244-845Job DescriptionLinxx Global Solutions, a fast growing Government contracting company, with corporate offices located in Virginia Beach, VA, is currently looking for an EOD Master Training Specialist to fill a position in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in utilizing various Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) training aids to enhance training based on enemy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and course objectives.
Provide SME in managing instructor qualifications, certifications, student counseling techniques, and professional development training.
Provide SME for assigned divisions in evaluating C-IED training exercises and available resources; role players, equipment, training aids, etc.
Provide support to “multi-divisional” complex training schedules to accommodate customer training needs.
Provide support in developing material solution recommendations to EOD TTP.
Effectively communicate with senior government officials regarding program status, milestones, obstacles, etc. Required Skills
Candidate Qualifications
US Citizen.
SECRET Clearance.
Ten years of operational EOD experience and current master instructor qualifications.
Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent certification from cognizant Department of Defense (DoD) authority and have served as an instructor in a formal EOD Training Program.
